    Errr......in front of a computer?
What boiler does 3803 carry, as there is a boiler at Tysley with 3803 on it?
Is 2873 a donor loco or do the SDR/owners plan to restore it?
Who owns the 28xx at Moor St?
Am I right in thinking there was a 38xx at the Northampton and Lamport?

    Just a few queries.

    Many thanks.

    Some answers:
Q1.28xx/38xx carry a GW standard no1 boiler in common with 49xx/6959/68xx/29xx/40xx classes - though there are internal variations re superheat etc on newer boilers.
Q2. Can only be answered by the owners of 2873.
Q3. GWSPG (or similar title) based at Southall depot (owners of 9682 & 4110).
    Q4. 3862 is at N&L.

According to the South Devon Website 2873 was purchased as a source of spare parts. What the future holds for the loco remains to be seen.

See the following link for the SDR stocklist entry for 2873:

According to a photo caption at http://50yearsofsteam.fotopic.net/c1652460.html the boiler now on 3803 was carried by 2873 at Barry.
