After working down on a trip on the 26th June into Kings+ 46115 will remain in the south to work one or two trips for RTC in July. Latest reports suggest she may also be doing the down leg of the 3rd July Swanage Belle with 30777 working the up leg. If 46115 doesn't do this run Black 5 44932 is down for it. 46115 is also due to work The Dorset Coast Express to Weymouth throughout on 9th July. We have booked on the Weymouth trip. Just wondered who is else is going on these runs.

i'm booked on the dorset one but there seems to be a lot of seats left so hoping it still runs, with the discount they are basically giving it away so i can't understand why its not full yet.

    What's this ?
"Scots Guardsman" might be hauling The Swanage Belle to Swanage!!
2010 is another year of 'firsts'. First King Arthur and Black 5 classes to traverse the branch, next Wednesday we hope to host 60163 "Tornado", and possibly 46115 to come in early July.

If you look closely, RTC advertise the loco in the following manner "We depart London Victoria Station at around 08:30 hauled by Bullied unrebuilt Pacific 70013."

£39 for London -Weymouth is a very good deal, throw into the mix Guardsman and you have the best value steam hauled trip this year

I spotted that too. So that's really why 34067 and 70013 are both out of action. They are going to be made into one extremely powerful hybrid loco!!!

Really looking forward to the runs with 46115 as this is currently my "Holy Grail" of ML loco's. Might do the Swanage run again if 46115 is rostered for it.

If UK Steam Info has it listed as such, then its a good bet that that is how the situation currently stands. I've booked tickets for the 9 July trip... well, I suppose 46115 is a decent substitute for 34067(!). In truth, I'm looking forward to it immensely, and I hope this trip fills up soon. It certainly deserves it!

Maybe it's all a 'blind' and the GCR are NOT doing repairs to 70013 after all. Perhaps they're 'rebuilding' the Jarvis designed BR Standard pacific into a BR Spamcan?!
On 9th July uksteam.info shows 46115 on an out-and-back Dorset Coast Express to Weymouth for RTC. The same day's Cathedrals Express is shown hauled by 30777 to Swanage and 70013 returning it to London. Hopefully 70013 will be back on the main line by then of course.
Shame 46115 is too long to fit on our 50ft turntable at Swanage.
