The SVRA forum says it's not serious and will be ready, I've posted up the query. Manston is running its turns this weekend but 5764 may be repaired in time to be spare engine

Does anyone think they could obtain a timetable for the event so I know what turns "Manston" is on please?

Maybe "Post" the timetable as a Scanned image on this forum...

    Thanks

That wont be happening on this forum.
If you want loco diagrams you should purchase a Working timetable for the event from the railway. Details are on the SVR website (they cost £5.00 + £1.00 postage) For a basic timetable ie with no loco turns etc the event sheet is available from the website free of charge. Their address is www.svr.co.uk The loco diagrams are only available via the purchase of a working timetable and it would not be fair on those who have bought one and it would also deprive the railway of much needed income if loco diagrams were published here.

All very interesting reading about all the goings on. With the locomotive line up constantly seeming to change having purchased a working timetable how do I know what locomotives will be on what turns?
    Thanks

Cheers for the gen, so is that 'spare' at best now?

No, but if it's manston you're after I'll go as far as to say I'm looking at a WTT now and it has plenty of turns (2 round trips Fri + Sun, 3 Sat), so you won't be disappointed if that's what you're going for.

Just to remind everyone as well (as it's been omitted from some of the material) that Kidderminster Railway Museum will be open , refreshments and snacks , plus the Guild of Railway Artists exhibition is also in attendance . Plus it houses a cracking collection of railwayana

I shall write out 100 times "I must be clearer". Sorry.

If repairs to the damaged pin are complete she will be spare engine this weekend, 18/19 September. She is expected by all accounts to be fit to take her booked turns at the gala.

Thank you, sounds similar to the WSRs (well what they used to do, sadly), I'm looking forward to this and the whole gala in general!

    So, to get this clear:

In the WTT for 'TBA' read 34070, for 46443 read 5542, and for 42968 read 46443? Or has this changed again? lol

Thanks Matt. Thanks too for confirming the loco directions. Usual disclaimers I know. (Not that it'll stop me from hunting you down on the lineside if your info turns out to be duff though! lol).

Anyone know which end of rake L the VV coaches are to be attached to for the Saturday evening runs? Just wondering whether it's worth staying around that late, or whether to get the last train of the day home

They are always attached to the Kiddie end ex Brigdnorth so Ex Kiddie they are alway the rear two nearest the stopblocks.
