As of 10am she was sitting at the 2nd starter at platform 19, fitters working under one of the carriages, full head of steam but heading nowhere just yet!

Another post says points failure at International Junction been standing for 90 mins. So I hopre its that and not 60019, lots of compensation if it had been blocking Waterloo!!!!

It will be interesting to see who takes the blame for the delay and who has to pay compensation. If its the track then surely no conpensation is due from the operating company.

2 explanations going on; signals and failed train. Maybe it was both?

Off we go to Fleet then, seems strange a path down the main has been found though as its normally a 7.20 from Waterloo that is the only one available.
