Does anyone know what the set-up is for this move tomorrow? UK Steam seem a bit unsure. Is it a diesel-hauled move or is 44932 leading or what? Presumably it's the maroon train from Saturday's trip.

    Thanks for any info!

I've seen the NR special trains notice and it shows the train formed: Class 47, 10 DB vehicles and 44932 tender first on rear in light steam. Timed at 50 mph as the steam loco is being towed on the rear of the train.

    Cheers, Neil

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I passed Southall today and saw 44932 in steam. Just wondering why? Can't see any booked tours for her on uksteam.info

Perhaps for the "Bath Christmas Market" tour, as 34067 is still at Carnforth and incomplete, this tour has now been postponed to 11th December, Perhaps Tangmere is about to appear. Yes, I am definitely speculating, have no idea when Tangmere will be finished.
44932 has been doing Tangmere's booked tours, check the 27th November, "The Capital Christmas Express" by RYTC, also there were two "Bath Christmas Market" tours, one by UKRT t'other by RYTC on the 4th December, probably why RYTC's has been postponed.
The UKRT's one is hauled by 60163 Tornado, albeit via a different route.

Steam Dreams website lists 44932 for the trip to Sherborne on the 7th, and for both trips on the 22nd

in present Arctic conditions, better to keep working engines in steam rather than light up a frozen engine.
