Anyone out for this? The timings on uksteam are currently provisional and still haven't been updated. Was going out for this but I am bit worried about why the actual timings haven't been posted yet.

Well the headcode has changed, but the confirmed times are identical to those shown. No diesel on the back it seems.

Thanks David. I hope to get over to Worplesdon to see 35028 in full cry. My last attempt to get there was thwarted as my Father had car troubles and needed a hand.

Weather's looking good for tomorrow. I'm going to see 34067 in the morning a couple of times, probably Balcombe viaduct and Ford, then if I'm still awake Mid Hants followed by 35028 somewhere!

I filmed her in the field at Shalford Jct. between the Portsmouth and Redhill lines, unfortunatly there was a light aircraft

    flying low spoilt the sound.

Nice glint on the Pullmans though.

Seen near Albury, taken 30 feet up a tree! Pity the cutting had been warmed up by the sun, there was a small amount of exhaust as it came round the curve but nothing by this point.

Nice pic! Are you sure you weren't really in the low-flying light aircraft that spoilt Mikem's video??! :plane:

Nope, myself and two others were up the tree! Not the easiest spot to get to, but worth it.

Thats a great shot, worth climbing a tree for however I dont think I could, or if I did I might not get down! I am not great with heights!

Cheers Ashley. I'm not great with heights either, and I haven't climbed a tree in 20 odd years! Full credit to Jon and Warwick for finding the spot, and for the minor pruning of the tree previously! I would never have found the foot crossing at Albury, let alone the tree, if I hadn't followed them.

Incidentally, here's the shot I was hoping for, after a couple of minutes playing around cloning the exhaust in from another shot!

    Good evening Gentlemen.

I think I might have made it into one of the photos on this thread already, being as I was on the bridge at Worplesdon (sorry, might ruin your photo, just be glad I was looking the other way!). My photographic efforts can be found here.

I also got a video of the train which can be seen here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wuVFtAo4UMw (sorry about the electronic guy at Reigate, why do they always make these announcements at the worst possible moment?)

What a sharp comparison between Clan Line, immaculately turned out and running like a clock and Tangmere obviously not turned out to the same standards and, not, it would appear in good shape. There's something drastically wrong after all this time at Carforth if this is the best they can do.

46115, 48151 and 44932 would suggest that Carnforth are on top of their game.

No you didn't ruin my picture A1X, but I nearly didn't get a picture as I set my video camera off on a tripod, turned round, forgetting I had moved nearer the station sign and just stopped myself from walking straight into the sign! Luckily the sound of my "oooFFF" didn't come out on the video. I just about composed myself and took some shots on my DSLR.

    Nice video A1X.

Well that's simply wrong. 44932 failed at least twice at the end of last year and 46115 had many failures after being outshopped before being sorted out.

And do you actually know the causes of all these 'many failures'?

I was looking back through the Tangmere thread, going back to November 2010 when it was suggested that it would be out before Christmas. When originally inspected it was found in such poor condition it was given a ten year o/haul. With all the delays and trial runs it's had, it is either bad luck or some other problem. Not wishing to start an argument here...................................just an observation..
