Is there any more news on how 60163 is doing please? I still intend to go out to Warrington BQ later.

    Thanks, Neil.

I notice on UKSteam, 60163 is going from Crewe to Didcot tomorrow, and I was wondering which route is set to be used and if there are any timings yet?

    Cheers,
    Lewis

I was going to say thats obvious (the route) but now I seen your point! She may run down the WCML to Nuneaton then take the branches to Leamington via Coventry and then straight down to Didcot; or run via Wolves, Bescot and Stetchford or Wolves, Walsall, Sutton Park and Tyseley. We'll have to wait and see!

As for timings probably the evening - well it had better be! Nothing for weeks of exam leave then the day I go back - this!

Nice one Steve, mine's uploading at the moment. I sat at home with my PC on the live webcam at Euxton, saw her pass there so knew it was time to get off out to catch her at Hartford.

She looked great at Warrington and I hope all was well with the loaded test run. I expected her to come tearing through at her maximum of 75 through there but the train was held for some reason on slow line through platform 2 and then accelerated away towards Crewe. I will check out the video shortly.

Thanks to those who provided the updates, Neil.

    Fairly steady through Hartford.
Perhaps those who are ranting about the CVR and it's negative effect on the wildlife should listen to the lack of effect that Tornados passage had on the bird furiously singing away as she approaches and departs.

Thanks to the two at Lancaster and Warrington (? Leon and Neil maybe) for the RailTour Live updates - much appreciated.
