Thanks to Bob Meanley for taking the trouble to clarify what actually happened yesterday . Myself and guests thoroughly enjoyed the day and look forward to another trip behind EoME . I do hope the problem with the delivery of coal is not repeated as it could have ruined the day ! Thanks to everyone at Vintage Trains for a splendid day .

She is just SOOOOO photogenic !! Actually, some great photos and videos again. If we were voting on photos, my votes would HAVE to go to Ian Tiley (BristleGWR) for the pan shot; just superb and we don't see many of those AND ClarkeT (sorry no name) for the Hatton Bank special. Unusual to say the least; magnificent full of soul. OK thats me done !

I'm intrigued as to the light on Hatton . Almost like someone had some flood lamps set up

Not so sure, I was experimenting with the aperture and that was the best out of the dozens I took...

Well the yellow and green are from the gantry there. The white could have come from a car crossing the three arch bridge.

Would certainly agree with you on that Martin, it's a very white light (assuming no major colour saturation has been added) as well which is unusual in railway operations although some modern LEDs create a white/blue effect at night.
