Whoops, my apologies! 2908 was "Lady of Quality."

Indeed, the interpretation of the question is very subjective; what's a "few years?" in 2807's case it was 29!

Isn't 37025 supposed to be returning to 'steam' soon too?

Can't see anyone else has mentioned them so: S160 Big Jim and 1054 both at the KWVR

You were serious! I was only taking the p###. Seriously though 37248 is having the same treatment on the GWSR.

The 2018 deadline is more than an aspiration, it is part of the reason this new Patriot locomotive is being built (not the only reason of course, but a very important one) and it is more of a duty in my eyes than a desire. I hope all those with spare money in their wallets (a big ask at present I know) will feel the same and give now. Don't wait, just give now, thanks!

I believe, as far as the KESR is concerned, Austerity no.25 should be back next year, and the Norwegian 2-6-0 will either be back next year or 2013. Sadly, our P class 753 bowed out of service today after 10 years of avoiding galas! Despite her reputation, we only ever had a couple of problems with her, and she will be missed while she waits her turn.

9 Winston Churchill I'd have thought ought not to be taking too long, given everything else at Romney is in working order (fingers crossed).

New GWS Echo seems to suggest that a certain jaunt in May 2014 is an end stop date for her.

Would perhaps be more interesting to break down the long list on the 1st page down to 2012, 2013 etc - although its always going to be vague it might put some structure to the process.

There is a similar list on the Riley forum which details what hasn't steamed and updates where available which may be of interest to the original poster?
