Fingers crossed, although i fear that without this to stir about Steam Railway will be reduced to pamphlet length in future months!

He's always got angry demands that the Canadians and Americans hand over their A4s, and self-evidently mendacious reports on the Bluebell's wagon maintenance policy to fall back on.

This seems to be the first of a series of "regular" NRM press days about Scotsman. It could just be an update on progress and not a major annoucement.

Think the idea is that the press get to see whats been done, whats being done, to stop silly speculation/other forms of harmful enjoyment
not that this would get in the way of a good 'Original buffer beam made of gingerbread -Davies eats children' type story

I understand that a colony of great crested newts have been discovered in the tender and bats are roosting in the cab

Scientists have also found another black hole between the frames

    Gentlemen,

Tomorrow's press facility at Bury is intended to provide an opportunity to see the excellent progress being made on 'Scotsman as we get to grips with the problems you are all aware of. Barrow Hill is firmly in our sights!

By God! You're not the only one aiming for Barrow Hill! I think a lot of people are going to bust a gut to get there, not just those of us who are involved in a small way...

    At least wait until tomorrow?
They have to write stuff up and publish it first.
