Steam in Saxony Snow

Earlier this month I went on a RailTrail which we visited/Travelled on the following :-

DB Railway Museum in Nuremberg
Mainline run from Nuremberg to Herlasgrum ( We only travelled one way on the UEF Historisher Dampfschnellzug mainline charter). It was meant to be steam to Zwichau then Diesel to Annaberg-Buchholz followed by coach to the Pressnitztalbahn. In the week before the trip DB told UEF the trip could only run the planned as far as Herlasgrun and it was down to them at their expense to take the passengers to the Destination.When we arrived at Herlasgrum at 11.30am ( 1 hour late due to late running service trains) it was -16c.

Pressnitzalbahn - Private Charter
Fichtelbergbahn 2 round trips on service trains plus a shed/works visit.
Schonheide Railway - Private Charter( No service trains run until later in the month). We did not get full round trip due to the Saxon Meyer being failed with to injector problems due to the low tempartures.

Schwarzenberg Railway Museum

Saxon Railway Museum at Chemnitz Hillersdorf ( Visit include a Barbecue!!)
