Starter for this. Anyone else on it and any thoughts on haulage? Railway Herald has it booked for 70013.

On Uksteam it tays that the loco is TBC, although 70013 is probably the most likely, given that 45305 is at the GCR and 60009 is not yet completed.
It cold be 46233 though, as that is nearby at Tyseley, we'll just have to wait and see.

46233's back at west shed for the 1960's gala at the weekend.
Most likely to go to Crewe after that.

UK Steam now shows the route reversed with the Northbound over the S&C, but UK Railtours site still shows northbound over Shap. Anyone know why the change if it is changed?

Nice shot Dave. Is that from the bottom of the footbridge between Lostock Junc and Horwich Parkway? I've been there a couple of times but never early enough to get the light on that side.

Great to see and hear 46233 singing in the hills today. Here's a quick shot of her on the return near Garstang (very much not in the hills ;))
