I see a post has been deleted from here (not mine I would like to add) ........probably hit a nerve with someone as it was correct...

 

I don't see any deleted posts - do you mean removed? If so that can only be done by a Mod AFAIK? If so, why raise it as no ones knows what it was, unless their hobby is memorising threads, something most of us don't have the inclination to do?

 

Thanks Ralph, I thought you could only delete the content, not the post. I stand corrected. (Having tried it I must say I still can't see how).

As for importing foreign locos for conversion, if someone provides the finance I'm sure the CVR Board will be very welcoming. We already though have a number of projects underway that require funding, and there's only so much our limited resources can stretch to.

 

thanks Lil Bear for the photo, both look ready for a days work, the curse of the heritage movement, the lack of cash to do all the things we would like to do or have, good luck with the project I will get up to see it one day.
