Nowt wrong with a nice fry up WITH black pudding and a bucket of chips for breakfast, Just to set you up for the day tramping up the S&C, then back to the pub of your choice and finish the day off with half a gallon of our finest.
Steam over the S&C, gourmet dining, and a good drink..........all in one day

Treading on dodgy ground there, don't forget your leader, Mr Victor, is a great supporter of Black Puddings albeit the inferior Yorkshire ones....

Hohoho, he's not the only one treading on dodgy ground.............where's my book. :mmph:
My local farm shop did a splendid MADE ON SITE black pudding, there was a production problem so a temporary supplier of aforementioned black puddings was found, Lancashire, it was.........."poor", and that's being kind.

How can I find out which Loco is on CME ? Last night Railway Touring assured me that 23/2/13 it was Scots Guardsman. As i have a 3 hour journey each way, I did not go as I wanted to Video UOSA. Sure enough I now discover today it has been UOSA.

Hi Vaughan, it's sad to say, but those who answer the phone at RTC are not always kept in the loop regarding the motive power. Much better to come on here and ask, the grapevine usually knows. It was posted on this thread in that the last three runs of the WCME would be UoSA, Scots Guardsman being unwell. Note if you have not also heard, she will not be running next Saturday either, Britannia has been substituted on the Vintage Trains tour.

Does anyone else think the Lancs v Yorks banter is rather like Reading & QPR battling relegation ? *runs for cover*.

Getting back on topic, it seems 60009 is in some decent form of late.
