Would rather have seen the 9f, but well done for getting in a named engine at such short notice over a bank holiday weekend
    Looking forward to it
As you say, transport costs for tender engines are high anyway due to doubling up for loco and tender, so I bet there wouldn't be much in it

Given events over the weekend, is there some doubt over 46521 ?.

Disappointing day on Monday. Wadebridge had failed and took no part in the proceedings. 78019 failed after the first trip and only one Ugly working.

Slightly disappointing end to then to what had otherwise been a good event. Speaking with the guys who were there during Saturday/Sunday they were really pleased with how well the event had gone upto then.

I was there on Saturday firing 78019 and had a really good day, loads of people about and the weather was fairly kind as well, so hopefully money was made
Looked to be loads of stuff going on about the place, but never got time to have a wander round
Must go back one of the weekends and have a good look around
