Timings still unavailable for the return leg of this tour. Strange. <BJ>

About 4 mins late at Tackley. Here are a couple of frame-grabs from a very dull morning:

The link from UKsteam to RTT doesn't work at the moment. I get this error message:
Advanced search doesn't show anything from "Kingswear (for Dartmouth)" through Oxford at the expected time (about 23:00). I guess it will show up later...

'Bittern' absolutely flattened Brewham bank this morning whilst blowing off at the same time.
Load 12 today. Superb performance from the A4. <BJ>

Cheers Bill. Your link works fine for the outward trip. Where did you get the return times? They match what's in UKsteam, so that's fine.

I was trying to make a bookmark to the RTT return times on my smart-phone, so I could see how it's going. I don't want to be hanging around on Tackley station if she's running an hour late ;-)

Yep, it can be quite exciting. I did that once when Tangmere was near Roundwood summit. Thankfully she was making so much noise and smell no one else noticed.

It wasn't hanging around at Tackley here, it tore the place up.

A couple of video snaps from a very grey Swindon this morning, managed to prop my tripod up on an electrical box so as to clear the 6ft high fence. Hoping to catch her at Swindon East Yard in an hour, anyone know how she's doing? As the return timings seem to have vanished from Real Time Trains.

'Bittern' reported through Wick, near Langport, at 19 56 hrs. The train appears to be running to time at present. <BJ>

Ah good good, just hope it stays that way by the time she gets to Swindon, the light may have gone completely but thankfully the yard does have somewhat decent lighting :)

My footage of yesterday's run, seen at Swindon Station in the morning and Swindon East Yard in the evening.

    Enjoy.
