The link that you posted was not correct, it took people to their own youtube home page, I've edited to the correct link.

Not feeling that great today but went to Kensington-Olympia to film Tangmere on the Statesman Pullman from Newport to Canterbury-West. Not doing much as it was on Yellow signals. Past me 15 minutes late. Barry

Couple of nicely filmed and very well presented sequences without all the bells and whistles that infect so many current videos on YouTube. Nice also to get that wonderful "Flat Top" sound picked up again so quickly at the changeover between the two locations. I just give up on so many steam videos these days, as I start losing the will to live waiting so long for the steam action to actually start! But of course we all have different preferences. Mine are old school and generally as I used to film the action sequences myself.

    Thanks for posting.

A nice simple bit of footage with, unusually, the sight and sound of a Bulleid Pacific under the leadership of a crew in proper control of the reverser and the fire.

Many thanks to KentYeti and Big Al for your nice comments.

Mind you I had to chuckle, because just after I read KentYeti's comment Tangmere roared past me at Manningtree with no bells, but with her whistle obviously jammed!!

    Regards

    Dave.
