48151 is, I understand, heading back to Carnforth today, on it's own, no diesel and no support coach.

Not always as far ahead as UK Steam and needs a bit of use before you become familiar with the way it works. Also the fact that it never mentions 'steam' as traction when it is. Steam does not exist in it's vocabulary yet.

Real Time Trains. Use Advanced Search for a place you think the move is passing through on the day you think it's happening and see what shows up.

Its just that movements from uk steam get sometimes posted after it has moves, such as 45231 from Carlise to Crewe and return. or the last ones mentioned on this thread to Keighley.

True. Sometime (test runs, private charters) that's at the operator's request. Sometimes GWR4090 is away or busy or just doesn't get to hear of a short-notice movement until after the event. Remember that UKsteam.info is not an "official" site and is under no obligation to publish anything. David does a superb job keeping up with almost all the movements, and the site is now even better with the links to RTT pages. We must forgive him the occassional omission. ;-)

This is correct, saw it arrive in Leeds where it awaited the signal for around ten minutes.

60163 has moved to the MHR with 37901 on the rear of the support coach from Southall today. Not seen it, as am nearly 750 miles from the MHR in Berlin, but heard it through the gen groups.

Being horribly pedantic - the train's actually joining the slow or relief line there. The fast lines are in the middle on that bit of the Sou'Western
(I'll go back to counting rivets now...)

Being a pedant is not your strong point. It did actually join the fast line at the end of the clip - if you notice you will see the set diversion signal change as it passes it........
