Cathedrals Express to Yeovil 1-Jun-2014

Courtesy of DCR (Devon & Cornwall Railways) 56303 will be visiting for the
weekend and will be in use around the middle of each day - a rare loco indeed!

 

More aesthetically pleasing I supposed, than a bloody 31!

Still, looks like t' Junctions putting on a good show....... just hope the weather holds........

 

If I want to see a grid I only need to go outside at look at the drains.....

The weather forecast for Yeovil this weekend is now looking quite promising.
The expected rainfall is now due on Monday. <BJ>

 

I hope so, they deserve it!

It may not be the biggest railway centre in the world BUT I like it!.................... if they were any more laid back, they'd fall over....... hard to believe they've been going 20 years!

One thing no ones mentioned........ the transfer shed - it has an interesting array of artifacts!

 

They are a great bunch of guys n girls.....often when am in Yeovil I pop in for a chat......wish them all the best for this weekend and the future..

Looks like all the worst fears were well founded, at least in the videos on here. Crummy Crompton pushing all day. Even leaving Winchfield.
