The Winter and Spring calendars for 2015 are up and boy have they come up with what I would describe as outstandingly awesome and creative.

Well now not only are the Jubilees up for double heading the 1st WCME but also on a Hadrian. Another trip around the Cumbrian Coast, the K4 on a Buxton(interesting). Fantastic program.

The new-look Wansbeck is nicely beefed up with steam on at York, with Boulby Lynemouth and North Blyth added into the mix. Tempted to do it again for that, and hopefully the weather will be better on the cliffs section! Buxton Spa looks like a beefed-up 'Tin Bath', whilst the Hadrian 2 from Manchester Victoria via Shap is outstanding value for money. I was going to calm down a bit on the tours next year while I get on with research, but these three provide pretty good reasons to have a day off...

Couldn't agree more, will be out for several of these. It will be nice to see steam on the Buxton line again as well as on Lostock Junction-Wigan as there are several shots on these routes that I have been itching to use. I think a run on the Winter CME might be in order too, having just taken video for the last 3 series'...

Be interesting to see how they get on with the b&t. I'm sure it shuts at 1400 on a Saturday.

Would be nice if ND would confirm Hadrian with jubilees is steam throughout as no mention of diesel in the description, but thinking steam from Carnforth-York may be more likely....

Boulby branch may be cut out of the schedule if that's the case. However, I think the FO line to Ferryhill has a 'closing time' at 14:00 that we were close to hitting this year.
