A York - Carnforth move has just set off at 0920. This **may** have 5972 & 46115, but I cannot confirm. Running as 5Z57, times are on RTT.

The Southall gang can sort them out soon enough - so long as the firebox is fixed and she's ready for a few months of reliable of operations...

Yes, 57316 plus two coaches. However, a diesel which I have missed dep Carnforth 1507 to the NRM, so maybe...

Now know to have been 57316 returning to York.

Only when those West Country bumpkins break it again give them any thing more powerful than a donkey and cart and they can't cope

While we are talking Tangmere, I hope that if and when City of Wells goes mainline that she remains close to her base.

I believe it's a demic coach that caused Compass Tours a great deal of trouble at the weekend when on a return from Dundee to Spondon, it suffered some problem somewhere near Milford resulting in it being shunted out of the train, which then had to return to York owing to engineering possessions. Passengers were then taken home by bus and taxi. Rumour has it that it was damage to a coaches brake piping.

Shall 46233 be going to Crewe this week? Or Shall 60009 be doing both the Cumbrian and North Wales tours?

Would say 09 for both as 09 is confirmed on Uksteam for Sat and no mention of 6233 for Sunday Mike .
