I think the extra coach was the return of the FO that had to be scrambled from Carnforth when one from the Southall set failed. Such is the manic life of a typical TOC!

She's still got a few more tours to do down these parts yet!

I think Tangers is probably sick of the sight of Carnforth at the mo............

Edit: Will she have a box on the front I wonder?........

Been told The Duchy ECS is going back to Carnforth, Tangy going to Southall, she still has some trips to do in November including a Bristol Chester and return trip. wouldn't really be feasible to send her back to Carnforth just for a few weeks then came back down.

Is there any indication that 45690 might be out on test this week in advance of possible use on one of the trains Saturday 4th?

Well the Lune Rivers Trust usually turns up a surprise/something good so time will tell. Of course, SG is now back at 10A.

Very true so maybe it will be 46115 having a test run not having worked a train on the big railway for 5 months or so?

And Here she is running 4 early through Iver. :)

Strangely, given she only had the POB with her, I could hear her coming over a mile away!

    Sods Law that! o_O

I'm just glad it stopped persisting down just before she turned up. :)

But its getting harder to get a decent shot at Iver - damn vegetation beyond the suicide fences has shot up and access to the down fast platform has been gated off & locked, oh and they've got the "builders" in!

I noticed last night that Tangmere has a new shed allocation.
Someone has stuck a SPM St. Philips Marsh sticker to the inside the cab. <BJ>
