Simon, I have just seen your picture at Smardale and was wondering if you obtained permission to go up there or not? I believe the farmer can get a bit grumpy and I have endeavoured to contact him at Smardale Mill Farm but the phone is never answered and when I visited the farm there was nobody around. Any advice greatfully received. Nice to meet up with you at Darholm recently by the way.

Hi Simon, hope ur well, nearly went out 2day, glad i gave it a miss. 'wot no steam' got a good shot of cromwell last nite from p17 at leeds, lovely sound. regards, ben
