    I hear that the flats are the source of the issue. Whether it’s cost, or the Trust giving the recovery job to DRS I don’t know.

    Maybe needed for locos going to the Great Gathering? If there has been a falling out like you say, it might be over responsibility for the rectification costs of removing the wheel flats from Tornado's support coach which has obviously occurred...
