Last Sunday I travelled on RT4779 in a recreation of route 408. We ran from Carshalton to Guildford, then to Chelsham, being joined by RT604 at Epsom and RT3183 at Chelsham. Two of the RT's then carried on to the old Warlingham Park Hospital terminus before re-tracing our steps. A great day out. My photos from the day can be found here http://paulgildersleve.smugmug.com/...unday/34278370_rSkxm9#!i=2932294388&k=zJXVMwS

Any explanation on the day as to why RT604 was painted in that incorrect shade of green?

    Chris

Edit: Oops - I've have just noticed its not in London Transport livery!

    Hi Chris,
It is carrying National Bus Company green that a few London Country RT's carried towards the end of their lives, RT604 being one of them.
    Regards,
