It looks like two Swanage Belles are proposed for next year - Wednesdays 26th June and 11th September.
I hope they both run with Swanage needing to maximise it's income.

On 10th February, RYTC have two charters in operation, one of which will consist of the West Coast maroon mk.2s. I take it that the other will probably be the blue and grey Riviera set? <BJ>

West Coast have a number of CDL fitted Mk2's. If you look up some photos of the coaches used on the Windermere branch in 2018 when they stepped in for Northern, it is these that are being discussed.

WCR Mk. 2 air-cons have always been CDL-fitted in WCR ownership.

Just received final invoice for GB16. I am really nervous about this, it's an awful lot of money. I had hoped for an update on the situation regarding how the WCR would affect this trip. Or am I worrying unnecessarily. Any thoughts out there would be gratefully received please. Neil

I would speak to RTC, they after all are the company you are contracting with.

I did do but the reply was a link to the website "explaining when steam will be used on this journey" which I can't see any obvious difference from the original plan. Which will be fine but How?

Weren't all MK2 Air Con carriages fitted with CDL in service in the mid 1990s? Don't think WCR had to fit any, just a matter of keeping them operational.
