    In July 1977 Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth paid a visit to Derby as part of the Silver Jubilee. Even though it was at a time of the problems in Ireland security was such in those days that I was able to take this series of photographs of the Royal train from platform 2 during and after Her Majesty was disembarking on platform 1.
