    No, not those clowns Cameron & Clegg, but this rather Electric Loco with a rather interesting history: The Coalition - Festipedia

    What I can't find reference to however is how it took power, was it battery and required a period of downtime for recharging, or was there some form of rudimentary powered rail/wire system ?.
