    With the demolition started it has made me think of my visits in the late 1960's and 1970's and I have sorted some reminders from a visit on a rainy day in February 1976.

    Thanks for posting thise pictures. Nice to see the place as it was. Where did the ex LNER tender end up? During my years in Middlesbrough it was parked for a long time near the shed.
