In case anyone is interested, the Wellesbourne Avro Vulcan XM655 was in action at "Wellesbourne Wings and Wheels" today. She performed a slow taxi in the morning and then an "aborted take-off" in the afternoon. For those who don't know, the aircraft is kept in a taxiable condition by the 655 maintenance and preservation society, and is powered up for the public once a year each Father's Day. :plane:

Heres a short video showing the Vulcan Starting up her engines for the afternoon run. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2DcNWxbKfs

Should be very soon hopefully. She missed the Cotswolds Air Show, but according to the website she should be flying again soon.
