If ever you feel like having a reunion.
My plough is currently under restoration at Shildon.
You might recognise it from a certain film.

See the attached link for the plough in pre restoration state.

Used to work through drifts upto 20ft / 6m deep with up to 5 engines shoving.
No wonder the wooden underframe is worn out.

Good work! Strange question, but what was the noise at the start of the second shot? Sounds like a whistle that wasn't quite working, or was that a snifting valve?

Is it running with its own tender or has the one from 78019 been borrowed?

78019's, though can't imagine she'll be needing it for a while.

As I understand it, they built a new BR tender tank on a class 2 LMS chassis for it so why they are using 78019's is a mystery..

Perhaps it's not at the G.C.R . yet?

78018's tender is at the GCR. If memory serves me correctly it is rivetted together (or more likely has dummy rivet heads) which should make it easily distinguishable from 78019's welded tender tank. However don't sue me if I have this wrong!
