Ditto. I do a regular trawl of many sites, including Faceache. Sometimes the public pages work OK, other times I get the sign-in page. Given my views on FB, naturally they're who get sworn at, though it could just as easily be a browser glitch.

Floods at Bridge of Dun, Caledonian Railway, today. This is where most stock is normally kept so hopefully they got it up the line before the river burst its banks.

Our followers will have likely heard about the devastating flooding which has happened in Brechin within the last 48 hours. There has been a lot of damage done to the town and with the red weather warning still in place, this may get worse before it gets better.
Brechin Buccaneers, Councillor Jill Scott - Brechin & Edzell, other local Councillors, as well as some private individuals have setup GoFundMe pages to support those who have been affected by the horrific flooding.
Brechin Buccaneers are a registered charity who provide fantastic support throughout the year to the Brechin community, so you can be sure any monies received will be well used. Brechin is also doing all it can at this time to pull together with fantastic community spirit.
Unfortunately, the railway has also suffered some pretty significant and expensive damage as a result of the flooding, but this is of secondary importance to the immediate impact on people in the local area. The railway will be making a £1,000 donation to the fund and we hope that all of our supporters and followers can find a way to make a donation, however small, to help those affected. We have also offered support to Angus Council and extend this to others if there is anything the railway can do to support those affected.
