This is probably the hardest thing I have had to do as part of the staff on this forum.

As some of you will know Ian Riley announced that he was resigning as a moderator on 30th January. Since then discussions have gone on behind the scene to try and get Ian to stay on, however these discussions have not been as fruitful as I would have liked and Ian has again asked to be removed as a moderator.

At this point I feel I can no longer flog a dead horse and after much discussion, I have decided that I have no option other than to concede to his wishes and allow Ian to retire as moderator on this forum.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ian for the time he has spent as a moderator and for the help he has given me personally whilst running this forum

Ian has said he will be remaining on the forum and giving his input, which I look forward to.

    Ben
