Now I've been having a bit of a rubbish time recently so I thought I would treat myself and bought this extremely well done small diorama. I've finally been able to go outside and take some model railway snaps with some natural lighting. To give an idea on how small it is, you can barely fit a full size tender loco on the length of the track but it's perfect for the smaller engines!

One of the first shots i took and it had to be of the lovely Dapol Beattie Well Tank No. 30587:

And later on in the day on our garage roof!

Some scenes of the Bachmann Pannier at various times during the day, the smoke in the first shot is from City of Truro in 2012:

The last shot is of my M7 No. 30108, amongst my favourites i've had it since 2006 and it is a stunner, the real 30108 was affectionately known as Rosie.

You can tell me to mind my own business if you like, but may I ask how much such a diorama was?

The sun has been out in intervals in the last couple of days so had a chance to take some more snaps including one of the whole diorama.

As you can see it's very small so taking shots is quite tricky at times!

A rarely seen member of my collection is the GNR liveried N2 No. 1730

Another lesser seen model is the Terrier, No. 13 'Carisbrooke', of course it wouldn't be me to not have a photo with added smoke!

The Austerity/J94 No. 68022 slowly rusting away:

LSWR M7 'Rosie' No. 30108 poses with my new addition, a brilliant little steam roller named 'Lord Jellicoe':

Finally two shots of the roller on a wagon, first with the good old Beattie:

Last shot shows a rather smokey Pug No. 51235:

A couple of other shots showing some new arrivals,

A kit built G6 I got from Ebay with one of two wagons I purchased during the MHR gala on the Saturday:

Electrotrens new GWR saddle tank with a traction engine that arrived the other week:
