Photo ID please

Any ideas as to anything that may identify these photos?
No clues that I can see on the back of the prints or where they came from.
There are more to come at a later date

The 2 accident photos may or may not be the same site.
The 2 Cart photos seem to be LNER
Yard looks like it is MR but a possible event of some sort, Background flags and lots of bodies dressed up.

Should have googled it myself but forgot.

 

The MR yard picture - possible it's an established goods yard transformed by a temporary platform* for a major county or national agricultural show nearby? There is some sort of banner in the background top left corner - can't quite read it on my screen! There are a number of signs saying "Bamford's" who I think were makers of agricultural machinery.
*Seems to have been constructed with stacks of sleepers.

 

Platform construction with sleepers was a known technique used by many companys.
An example can be found in the NER Book of standards.
Not just for platforms but variations used for retaining walls as well.

 

A suggestion has been made that the Photo Cart 2 with the AF registered lorry may be Kings Cross yard.
Anyone confirm this?

However just looked again at the sign writing under the edge and it seems to read Marylebone Station.

 

Got some more Parcels cart photos.
They seem to be a mix of Liverpool St and Marylebone going by the sign writing.

The loco in the first 3 photos appears to be 60022 Mallard in workshops. (Wonder what that white stuff is?)
The question is Where and When?
New 47 in the background and a new traction motor on the floor.

Did they install a motor in to Mallard's tender as per Hornby?

I wonder if your junction scene is the Rushden branch off the MR line at Sharnbrook ? The right hand infrastructure reminds me very much of Sharnbrook heading south

 

The Junction for the Heigham Ferriers branch was at Irchester Junction not Sharnbrook but you are right it could be there, the slow lines being at a higher level than the fast to the right are correct for this location and so is the curve to the right. The bridge in the background would be the Heigham to Wellingborough road, now the dual carriageway A45
