    Just over the border from Argentina is Paraguay. Some years ago the rail system became totally decrepit. The state couldn't afford to repair it, so just closed the whole lot down. Some locos and rolling stock were just left where they were and the tracks concreted over around them. Here's one from my visit in 2010. Do you think we could get this one running again?
