    It seemed to me that Chris 86 described the situation accurately. If there's an incident where fatique may be a causal factor then the employer could be liable even if that incident occurs outside working hours. Records would be examined to see...

    There is an existing design for ETCS equipment, we just need to work out how to fit that! It gives far more info than basic signalling including the gradient of the road ahead, upcoming speed changes, the current speed and the current max speed....
