    Your reputations are in the hands of your fellow members.
    On anyones posts there is a scales icon.

    If you like there post, they we're helpfull and willing to sort something out.
    Give them an approval.

    If you think they are trolling, being nasty or just plain spiteful, give them
    a disapproval.

    It should begin to show who has the reputations they deserve.

    Don't abuse it!

    For this to work, you must have over 50 posts.
    And a reputation level of 10.
    Then every time you add to a reputation it will have an effect.
