The aim of The British Railway Stories is simple:

To educate and entertain in the same story.

It is pure History and Entertainment coming together to provide the logical step between the imaginary, and the history, for the 7-11 age group.

The original stories, set in the 1950s, at Leeds, Copley Hill, were written as a made for Youtube Video Series.

Since the first video appeared on Youtube in 2007, the eighteen episodes of the series have been watched 6 million times, as of July 2012.

Simon A.C. Martin, the author, would like to be able to help preserved steam railways of the United Kingdom,
through dedicated donations from the sales of future books, perhaps based on the stories of the preserved railways themselves.

Please get in touch if you'd like your railway to be a part of The British Railway Stories.

For these are the stories we tell...

Been informed this morning that we've sold over 250 copies since release, which is fantastic. I am working towards making the book available on Barnes and Noble and iBooks by the end of August, with a limited print year towards the tail end of the year.

Just to say that the first eBook is now available on the Kobo system. I am hoping to have it available for iBooks users in the next week or so.

Has it really been nearly a year since my last update? The time flies by.

Just a quick note this evening - my first children's paperback book is now on sale for the first time.

    Kind regards,

    Simon
