The weights and max speeds quoted only refer to the computer programs used for the timings. 715t/ 60mph max is the usual one as NR consider it...
Maybe LSL had to hire a guard from WCRC, that determines who is the TOC for the train, not the loco or loco crew. Report from friend in Wylye...

It is a loop just west of Headcorn and it's pathing stop, there is no W stop on the outward run and only at Dover Priory on the return.

I think the 30mph ones are precautionary as with 60103, probably NR claimng they can't gauge it propely as it hasn't been put through the MRI...
