I am a professional commercial photographer and also have a computer training business where I train people with disabilities how to use specialist software and hardware.
I have always had a love for the age of steam, my father used to work for GWR when he was a lad.
I am lucky to live near some great preservations including Tanfield and Bowes.
What I am now looking at doing is getting some great shots of steam on the mainlines, just for pleasure. I'm hoping people here will be able to advise me on the best locations they have found in the past.
