what's going on with 30499 that moved there some years back from the elr?
I think it will be BR late livery, if the owner's other locomotives are anything to go by. 44932, 48151, 46115 (i think its the same person)

Actually, 13065 carried a unique variation of the livery. I don't know the full extent of differences but I assume the current job is accurate...
