    Yes I am an active volunteer
    I've said this before on another thread, but I am full of admiration for the 08. They are easy to drive and will pull alost anything you put behind them. Some of them are nearly 60 years old and still going strong on the national network or in industry.

    We have 3 at the C&WR and they have served the line extremely well over the years. Although I'm primarily a steam fan the 08's have grown on me and I'd be very annoyed if any of them left!
