Not sure what happens in Italy but there is no hand pump, axle pump (not sure what that is) or steam pump on any British loco I know of, it would be the water feed valve to the injectors

I think the comment is about a miniature, not full size (though axle driven pumps, crosshead driven pumps, steam pumps were all known in full-size locos in the past, in some cases well into the twentieth century. I suspect if you go back to Trevithick, probably hand pumps as well!)

The comment was about the model as I understood that the post below the video was questioning about that. All sorts of pumps have been used on many full sized British locos, long before the lion and wheel graced the sides.

@ilvaporista was replying to a question regarding a 5" gauge Green Five, not a full size loco.

Not sure it will arrive just yet. Where are they going to hide it until the actual Flying Scotsman event later in October? I would also guess that the A3 will have to have a ML test run before coming South.

There’s a water pump in use on a loco in use at the NYMR gala this weekend and it’s not unique although not common. Middleton also has an ex BR loco with a water pump.

Sentinel main-line locos like the LNER Y1 and Y3 have an engine driven pump plus an injector, the post-war industrial ones have a Weir pump and an injector.

Sounds like it can't be far off done then - I presume there'll be a test run in the next few days? Or is this a bit of display before a return to the workshop?

Yes, pictures of the overhaul at Bury were published on the Yorkshire Post website at the beginning of September:

Thanks, that's ELR Bury, not Riley's Bury isn't it. I assume any breaking of cover would be on the ELR in the first instance then?

Indeed, dont think Rileys have a rail connection. But the guy on the far end of the Tube looks a bit like Colin Green ( Rileys) - its an ELR/ Rileys collab perhaps... ?
