    Page 46 of today's "Metro"s UK mentions steam for September 12th & 13th departing Watford Junction. We are offered a choice of three routes with fares ranging from £20 to £35. However if you wish for the added bonus of vintage tea party, for an extra £10, you can "sip tea brewed in beautiful tea pots on the station platform whilst eating Victoria sponge cake.
    The article didn't say whether the steam loco will be LT or one of the mainline companies, but suggests it will be over LT routes.
