On the subject of ‘annual passes’ I see the Bluebell is offering a summer (July-September) season ticket at £60 adult or £100 family. Seems good value.

Have you read Roger Hutchinson's book 'The Soap Man' about Lord Leverburgh's plans to industrialise Harris and Lewis, including railways on those islands and across Skye? It's a good read.
