    Yes I am an active volunteer
    Tom Miller's place has been on the market for quite a while. I believe it was first advertised to the live steam fraternity and then more widely a few months ago at a price of $3.5 million ( a little over 2 million quid). Sounds expensive but you get a lot for your buck. Ray.
