fellsman?

The local rag suggests that the fellsman will run every wednedsay during the summer from Preston to Carlisle via Bamber bridge etc, a link here. does anyone have any more information about this, the lep website suggests visiting http://www.northernrail.org for info but I cant find any mention of it. The Lancashire evening post is pretty notorious for unreliable journalism though.
