Any idea on route and formation?

 

now heard, will go off 5am, 31601 towing. All I know about route outwards is via warrington. returns monday going via wakefield.

 

Info off facebook shows that 60009's move will be in the consist of
55002+60009+SC+6229+SC+47798
What truth is in this I am not sure.

 

Iv heard it will be no9 55002 duches and coaches. Will find out tomorrow when up Ay York getting no9 ready.

 

Reading Wessex Rail Gen. A4 Bittern 60019 made a trip from Southall to Alton today (5Z44). But for some reason this move didn't get reported on Uk Steam info.

Any news on 61306 to Bury?

 

They might be filming the Christmas Special of Wartime Farm or something for a new series from Dan Snow about railways. These were possible filming jobs mentioned at the last AGM. Or it could be something else.........

She returns to Southall Monday Morning, 11.49 through Aldershot.

 

Reported elsewhere that she's arrived at Bury.

A couple of shots of4464 in the gloom at 8am yesterday morning, as far as I am aware she stayed there all day.

 

She was still there at lunchtime yesterday.

I would guess the filming work was done on Friday as the railway was not operating any services.

 

I'm just intrigued as to what exactly they where using her for filming for, as she doesn't exactly match any of the coaching stock, and wartime farm xmas special seems rather odd, history programme with Dan Snow, again odd!

Any way we digress - does anybody know what time she's off Alton tomorrow and which route?

 

Going by Youtube someone has filmed the filming of 4464 on the MHR and says its for a 1 minute Sky TV Xmas Trailer and the filming was done at night. It seemed to consist of a sort of covered but open sided wagon with lights inside, a flatwagon and a brake van doing some fast runs past a row of lights.

The person who filmed it said in another video of the filming that its based on a child having a dream and the lit wagon behind will show images of the programmes they have coming up.
