Apart from the well known constraints on the Ffestiniog - are other narrow gauge lines subject to Loading Gauge Constraints. Have there been cases where visiting locomotives will not fit - not only in terms of the swept envelope but also track curvature?

All railways are subject to loading gauge constraints, whether it's platform clearances, tunnel widths, bridges, cuttings etc they all have to be taken into account.
I seem to recall Isibitu had issues at the South Tynedale railway, but I can't remember if that was platform clearance or to do with trackwork curvature.

La'al Ratty's River Irt is a very tight fit under Littlestone Rd Bridge at New Romney on the RH&DR.
